Aparna Pujar is the Founder and CEO of Zemplee as well as an entrepreneur and product leader. She has diversified experience in product strategy, product management, technology, and general management. She specializes in conceptualizing and building internet and mobile technology products and platforms. At Zemplee, Aparna spearheads product, technology, and business functions, leveraging her in-depth experience in big data and AI. A well-timed sabbatical from eBay, where she previously worked as a Product Head and led several strategic initiatives in big data and AI, led her to take up entrepreneurship as her next adventure.
Prior to eBay, she was the Director of Media and Front Doors at Yahoo! and launched Yahoo!’s Sports and Entertainment Media verticals which were ranked Top 3 in their respective categories. Prior to Yahoo!, Aparna was Director of Ecommerce at Omnicell, where she started as an engineer and quickly rose to own general management responsibilities for their ecommerce platform. Aparna is an alumna of the Stanford Business School and has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University.

Professor Lodha studies data curation (accessing and identifying relevant and reliable data) and the visualization of socio-economic data. He is a co-author of The Atlas of Global Inequality and The Atlas of California. He is interested in teaching data analytics and visualization at both the undergraduate and graduate levels as well as in equity-oriented community-engaged collaborative research to empower society using software and technology. He mentors both undergraduate and graduate students interested in multidisciplinary e-research focused on capacity building and nurtures them as they co-author research monologues. He collaborates with students with shared interests at a wide range of universities internationally as well as with research scholars and organizations with a focus on policy analysis and impactful research.
Louis has been a Senior Hardware Engineer for 9 years for various Silicon Valley technology companies. He decided to become an entrepreneur and use technological innovation to improve the world with small steps then great leaps.
Born in Japan, Louis spent time in Taiwan before moving to the United States. He has always immersed himself in a changing environment and a mix of different cultures, ideas, and people. Together with his interest in technologies such as hardware and software engineering, Louis has dedicated himself to continuous learning, research, and self-study. He enjoys building systems from scratch using the latest and greatest components.
He is currently focusing on machine learning with TensorFlow in image processing, prediction, and decision making.
He is proficient in hardware design, including semiconductor physics, electronic circuits, analog and digital design, computer architecture and logic design, many wired protocols such as USB, Ethernet, HDMI, and PCIe, and wireless protocols such as Bluetooth, NFC, Wifi, and Zigbee.
He has single-handedly designed many types of software, including REST WebApps, APIs, GraphQL in Java, Python, js, databases in SQL and NoSQL, and front end UI development in iOS, Android, html, css, js, Amazon AWS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Appsync, Amplify, CloudFront, S3, Google App Engine, cloud API, and the Microsoft Azure app.

Marshyl is the most recent addition to the Zemplee team, bringing a diverse background in various sales leadership roles, most recently in the healthcare startup space. Unique experiences from working for Silicon Valley based, YELP, to helping influence state of Florida legislative policy decisions at Anfield Consulting, have positioned Marshyl to spearhead our business development operations.
With a longstanding passion to catalyze a paradigm shift in the global healthcare delivery system, Marshyl joins the team poised to advance Zemplee’s mission to help usher in a new era of senior care with disruptive tech.
Prior roles in the preventative and predictive care arenas, called for the implementation and deployment of lean, yet effective sales teams, tasked with meeting aggressive revenue targets.
